1　General

1.0.1　This code is developed to regulate the design of small fossil fired power plants（hereinafter referred to as power plants）such that they are safe and reliable，technically advanced，cost effective，energy saving，and environmentally friendly.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to the design of power plants to be newly built，extended and modified that are operated at high temperature and high pressure and below parameters，installed with a single unit capacity below 125MW，operating at direct combustion mode and mainly burning solid fossil fuels.

1.0.3　In addition to this code，the design of power plants shall comply with the current relevant national standards as well.
