Task satisfaction rate

The task satisfaction rate measures the average subjective satisfaction of those study participants that were able to successfully complete the task, or of all participants, regardless of whether they completed the task or not. This is based on asking the participant to rate his satisfaction with the individual task completed or with the product as a whole. The score can be expressed as a percentage or as an index.
