What to do next
Some customers use a UX study to get input for planning their next steps, as follows:
- "We have identified 5 features and want to ask customers which features to integrate next."
- "We are looking for direction for our product. We want external input."
- "Understand the users' needs beyond what's in the app today. Are we on the right track with regard to their wants and needs?"
Asking the users what they are looking for in a product can never be wrong. It is even more valuable when the study participants are existing users of the product or similar products, providing feedback that is based on their actual, historical usage of the product being tested.
