2.1　Terms

2.1.1　Goods

A shortened term for material goods，including means of production and means of livelihood.Goods required in the process of production for an enterprise mainly include raw materials，auxiliary materials，fuels，power supply，fittings and tools etc.

2.1.2　Material

A generic term for feed stocks，auxiliary materials，semi-products and finished products related to product manufacturing.

2.1.3　Supply chain management

A platform where Internet-based software is used as the tool to manage enterprise information resources to provide a specific common product or service based on the requirements of the end users for achieving optimization of the entire channel business flow，i.e.，a platform provided for enterprise to optimize its entire channel business flow.

2.1.4　Plant data warehouse

An object-oriented，integrated，relatively stable heterogeneous data set used to organize the related data，documents，logic and physical models for describing the plant and its constituent elements and reflect the historical changes，and it is employed to manage the plant digital models.
