3.4　Integrated Design

3.4.1　Integrated design of plant information system（Figure 3.4.1）shall be based on the integrated model of plant information system，and shall satisfy the requirements for plant business process and information flow.

3.4.2　Integration between MES and PCS shall be achieved through real-time database.Data acquisition and exchange of real-time database should be realized by the interface satisfying standard OPC protocol.

3.4.3　Integration design between MES，ERP，CRM and SCM shall satisfy the requirement for data sharing，and shall comply with the following provisions:

1　MES shall receive production plan information from ERP，and shall provide ERP with actual production information.

2　MES shall provide CRM with product and manufacturing process information that fall into the interests of customers.CRM shall provide MES with the information of products required by the customer or product demand information.

3　MES shall provide SCM with raw material demand，manufacturing capacity and product output information.SCM shall provide MES with sales order execution and product marketing information.

4　CRM shall provide ERP with customer information.ERP shall provide CRM with product and service information.

5　SCM shall provide ERP with market information.ERP shall provide SCM with inventory information and customer order information.

3.4.4　Infrastructure of information system shall be designed based on the requirements for data center，considerations shall be also given to safety environment protection and energy conservation requirements.
