Foreword

According to the requirements of-Notice on Printing and Distribution of＜the Code Preparation and Revision Plan of the National Engineering Construction Standards in 2007（Second Batch）＞（Construction Standard（2007）No.126）issued by former Ministry of Construction（MOC），it has been jointly developed by Northern Engineering & Technology Corporation，MCC and Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co.，Ltd.in conjunction with other organization concerned.

The code comprises 13 chapters with the main technical contents including general，terms，basic requirement，mineral processing experiments，scale，working system and availability of equipment，plant siting，technological process，selection of main equipment，workshop layout and equipment collocation，establishment of mine storing，establishment of auxiliary production，comprehensive utilization，safety and environmental protection.

The provisions as marked in bold letters in this code are compulsory and must be enforced strictly.
