4.4　Bearing Plate

Ⅰ　Major Item

4.4.1　Setting bearing plate in block slurry method，48-hour strength of block slurry concrete shall be up to the design strength of concrete in foundation.

Quantity checked:Lot-by-lot examination.

Checking method:Check strength report of block slurry specimens.

Ⅱ　General Items

4.4.2　The setting of equipment bearing plate shall meet the requirements of design technical documents and current national standard GB 50231 General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering.

Quantity checked:20% selective examination.

Checking method:Check by observation，ruler measurement，clearance gauge examination and bearing plate tapping.

4.4.3　Setting bearing plate in grinding method，the surface of concrete foundation shall be chipped to flat.The contact points of concrete surface and bearing plates shall be uniformly distributed.
