The Instinctive Dilemmas Cloud The Prospect of U.S.Health Care Reform

Abstract: Focusing on the latest developments of the U.S.Health Care Reform, the thesis analyses and reveals six instinctive dilemmas in the core of health care reform pushed up by Barack Obama and behind him, the Democratic Party, which can be interpreted from the prospective of politics, economic and law, while considering the media, election and finance, even referring to the federalism and nullification.As the campaign strategy, the power struggle between the federal and the states, the financial budget and the public support, the social mobilization mechanism, and the scheduling, all the above demonstrations challenges the wisdom and the vigor of the leaderships of the U.S.which are also conspicuous to other countries being confronted with the same Gordian knot.Penetrating the awkward or perplexing situation of the U.S. medical reform and taking as the reference, the thesis aims at to present the foresights and the routine of the medical reform, furthermore address proper innovative suggestions or landscapes, in order to speculate a promising approach to the on-going health care reform in China.
