4.2　Information Application System

4.2.1　The function of information application system shall meet the following requirements：

1　Shall meet the information needs of operation and management of building；

2　Shall provide support and guarantee for the business operation of building.

4.2.2　The information application system should include such information application systems as public service，intelligent card application，property management，information facility operation and management，information security management，general business and professional business，etc.

4.2.3　Public service system shall be provided with such functions as visitor reception and management，public service information release，etc.and should be provided with management function of incorporating various public service transactions into standardized operation procedure.

4.2.4　Intelligent card application system shall be provided with function like identity recognition and such management functions as consumption，accounting，ticket management，information borrowing，article deposit，sign-in for meetings，etc.and shall be provided with application modes for different security grades.

4.2.5　Property management system shall be provided with management function of real property operation and maintenance of building.

4.2.6　Information facility operation and management system shall be provided with functions for monitoring，analyzing，processing and maintaining the operating state，resource allocation，technical performance，etc.of building information facility.

4.2.7　Information security management system shall comply with the requirements of the current national standards relevant to classified protection of information security.

4.2.8　General business system shall meet the demand of basic business operation of building.

4.2.9　Professional business system shall meet the demand of professional business operation based on the general business system of building.
