1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is developed with a view to enhancing the quality supervision and management on lightning protection and earthing for telecommunication bureaus（stations），unifying the requirements for quality and acceptance of engineering construction，and ensuring the engineering quality and the safe operation of lightning protection and earthing systems.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to the acceptance of construction，extension and renovation of lightning protection and earthing for telecommunication bureaus（stations）.

1.0.3　The acceptance of lightning protection and earthing for telecommunication bureaus（stations）shall comply with not only the requirements stipulated in this code，but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
