Conventions

In this book, you will find a number of styles of text that distinguish between different kinds of information. Here are some examples of these styles, and an explanation of their meaning.

Directories, files, and code in text are shown as follows: "We uploaded the Configuration Profile to the C:\inetpub\wwwroot directory".

Any command-line input or output is written as follows:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\INETSRV\APPCMD.EXE set config "Default Web Site" -section:system.webServer/security/authentication/clientCertificateMappingAuthentication /enabled:"True" /commit:apphost 

New terms and important words are shown in bold. Words that you see on the screen, in menus or dialog boxes for example, appear in the text like this: "We'll open the Windows Server 2008 R2 Server Manager and right-click on Roles".
