Connecting to resources within the same region in another subscription

This usage is very much like the previous one, however, the additional complexity is that another network is on another subscription. If both the subscriptions belong to the same tenant, then they can be connected using virtual network peering as discussed before. It would also use Azure's private network backbone for transmitting packets among each other.
