五 结论

纵观美国社会工作一百多年的发展历程、现状及未来趋势,社会工作实践和教育均获得了不断积累的经验与教训。自20世纪80年代后期恢复与重建以来,中国社会工作教育逐渐体系化、专业化、职业化。随着社会发展、社会工作的国际化以及国际社会工作教育交流的不断加强,相信中国的社会工作教育亦将不断提高专业人才培养能力,以应对日益多元化的社会问题和挑战,促进公民福利以及全世界范围内的社会公平与正义。
