1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is prepared with a view to standardize energy conservation design of cement plant，which helps to utilize energy efficiently and rationally.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to energy conservation design for new construction，extension and renovation of cement plant.

1.0.3　The selected equipment shall be energy saving product or water-saving product.

1.0.4　In addition to the requirements stipulated in this standard，the energy conservation design of cement plant shall meet the requirements of the current relevant standards of the nation.
