4.4　Anchor Bolt

4.4.1　The installation of anchor bolts into the preformed holes shall meet the following requirements:

1　The preformed holes shall be cleaned，with their size and depth in compliance with the requirements of the design technical document.

2　The greasy dirt and scale shall be removed from anchor bolts.

3　In case of installation，the anchor bolts shall be set vertically，and any part of them shall be more than 15.0mm away from the wall of the corresponding holes and kept clearance of the bottom of the corresponding hole.After the equipment has been preliminarily aligned and levelled，some clearance should be left between the anchor bolts and the bolt holes for the equipment.

4　After the equipment has been preliminarily aligned and leveled，the preformed holes shall be grouted with concrete in accordance with the requirements of the design technical document or the current national standard General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering（GB 50231）.

5　After the strength of grouting materials for preformed holes meets the design requirement，it is required to accurately align the equipment and tighten the anchor bolts.

4.4.2　The installation of expansion anchor bolts shall meet the following requirements:

1　The expansion anchor bolts must not be used in preformed holes or at the place with cracks.

2　The concrete for foundation to be equipped with expansion anchor bolts shall guarantee the strength not less than 10MPa.

3　The positions of boreholes shall be determined according to the design technical document and the anchor bolt holes for the equipment.The distance between the central line of hole and the edge of foundation must not be less than seven times of nominal diameter of expansion bolt.The central line of two adjacent expansion bolt holes must not be less than ten times of nominal diameter of expansion bolt.The distance from the hole bottom to the foundation bottom must not be less than three times of nominal diameter of expansion bolt and not less than 30mm.

4　For installation of expansion bolt，it is required to put the bolt with the expansion tube into the hole and install the taper sleeve for it，then adjust its height and verticality，and finally fasten and position it preliminarily.The contact surface between the expansion bolt and concrete shall be free of grease and dirt.

5　After the equipment has been aligned，the expansion bolts shall be tightened.
