5.5　External Nozzle Forces and Moments

5.5.1　Unless otherwise specified,pump suction/discharge nozzle flanges shall withstand the external forces and moments which at least two times of the value shown as ISO 13709-2003(API Std 610-2004)Table 4,and the deflection of pump casing shall not deteriorate pump shaft seal properties and mechanical properties including alignment and vibration etc.

5.5.2　Vendor shall include allowable external forces and moments on pump suction/discharge nozzle flanges in proposal.
