7.6　Installation of Stack Gate Valve

7.6.1　Flue shutter shall be installed completely before oven dry-off.

7.6.2　Flue shutter shall be preassembled before installation，and the allowable deviation of gap between turning plate and flue shall be±5.0mm.

7.6.3　During installation，flue shutter shall keep vertical and flexible rotation，sealing cover plate shall be tight，the on/off position and on/off direction of index dial shall meet the requirements of design documents.

7.6.4　The installation of the stack gate valve shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The center of the stack gate valve is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 10.0mm；

2　The elevation the stack gate valve is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±10.0mm；

3　The levelness of beam on the top of the stack gate valve is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 1/1000 of beam length.
