6.7　Installation of Longitudinal and Lateral Bracings

6.7.1　Longitudinal and lateral bracings shall be subjected to check and acceptance before installation，and shall be in compliance with the following requirement:

1　The full-length flexivity of lateral brace shall not be larger than 10.0mm；

2　The allowable deviation of the total length of lateral brace shall be，and the allowable deviation of thread length shall be

3　Longitudinal bracings must not have permanent deformation.

6.7.2　Springs of longitudinal and lateral bracings shall contain factor compression value report，and the allowable deviation of the compressed springs during installation shall be±2.0mm.

6.7.3　After longitudinal and lateral bracings are installed and adjusted，they shall not contact with each other.

6.7.4　The installation of lateral bracings shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　After being installed，lateral bracings on the upper part shall be kept straight，and the allowable deviation of elevation and center shall be±5.0mm；

2　Lateral bracings on the upper part shall be provided with the protective device according to the requirements of design documents，which can move freely in the protective sleeve.

6.7.5　The installation of longitudinal bracings shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　Longitudinal bracings shall be welded on site on the oven roof，and the positions of welds shall be staggered with the top of combustion chamber；

2　The quality of the welds of longitudinal bracings shall meet the requirements of design documents.
