3.2　Equipment Foundation

Ⅰ　Main Control Item

3.2.1　Equipment foundation strength shall meet the requirements of design documents.

Inspection quantity:total number inspection.

Inspection method:check foundation handover documents.

3.2.2　Draw the center target and elevation benchmark layout as per the construction drawing before the equipment positioning.Setting the center target and elevation benchmark according to the layout and measure the projection point.Continuous product line and its main equipment shall be with inbuilt permanent center target and elevation benchmark.

Inspection method:check measurement result and observe.

Ⅱ　General Item

3.2.3　Equipment foundation axis location，elevation，dimension and anc hor bolt location shall meet the relevant requirements of design document and current national standard，i.e.，General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering GB 50231.

Inspection quantity:total number inspection.

Inspection method:check foundation retest record.

3.2.4　Greasy dirt，macadam，soil，water shall be removed from the equipment foundation surface and anchor bolt reserved holes.Screw and nuts for the embedded anchor bolts shall be well protected.
