4.3　Unpacking Inspection

4.3.1　Unpacking inspection shall be organized by the buyer and participated in by vendor，owner/supervisor and erectors.The following items shall be examined according to the design documents，product technical documents and packing list and acceptance records shall be made.

a）The quantity，number and conditions of the packaging boxes；

b）Item No.，name，model，size and quantity；

c）Appearance quality；

d）Product technical documents and special tools supplied with the machine.

4.3.2　Proper tools shall be used for unpacking inspection without any damage of the machine；

4.3.3　Attach slings to the machine as per specified lifting position on the machine train and add backings at the bend of slings.

4.3.4　Buyer shall be responsible for coordination and handling of problems found in the process of unpacking inspection.

4.3.5　Electric，instrument，pipe fittings and others supplied with the machine shall be properly kept after professionals acceptance.

4.3.6　inspection documents shall be filed and signed by representatives of each party after inspection.

4.3.7　Machine，parts and spare parts shall be properly kept after inspection.
