4　Equipment and Materials Mobilization

4.1　General Requirements

4.1.1　The unit in charge of construction should compile the equipment and materials mobilization plan.

4.1.2　Before the installation of equipment，it is necessary to unpack to examine the equipment.After unpacking，the equipment should be protected properly.

4.1.3　The inspection of equipment after unpacking should meet the following specifications:

1　The inspection record of equipment after unpacking should be kept，and it is necessary to go through formalities of handing over and taking over the equipment.

2　In the inspection of equipment after unpacking，it is necessary to make an inventory of quantity of equipment according to the packing list，and check the model and specifications of equipment according to the design document，and the quality certificate document of equipment should be provided with the equipment.

3　Examine the surface quality of equipment，and there should not be defect，deformation and corrosion，and if there is the defect，it is necessary to record it on time.

4　The data that are provided with the equipment should be preserved properly or turned over to the owner，and it is necessary to go through formalities of handing over and taking over the data.

4.1.4　When transporting and hoisting the equipment，the hoisting point should be at the position marked on the equipment or packing box，and the protective measures should be taken for it.

4.1.5　After the materials mobilization，it is necessary to establish the account of material and the material should be put in storage on time，and the materials are piled up in good order，and there should be mark and damage proof measure.

4.1.6　The equipment and materials should be managed by the special person，and before using the equipment and materials，it is necessary to carry out the inspection work.
