9.6　Boiler Room Fuel Pipes

9.6.1　Any pipe perforating the wall or platform floor shall be equipped with the pre-buried sleeve according to the drawing requirements，and any crater shall not be pre-buried inside the sleeves.

9.6.2　The arrangement of the pipes in the fuel operating platform shall meet the design requirements.The pipe layout shall be reasonable and beautiful，and the maintenance shall be convenient.The enough insulation room shall be provided for each fuel pipe with the insulation layer in design.

9.6.3　The fuel operating platform shall not be equipped with the welding type valves.If there is any welding type valve in the design，the isolation and blowing measures shall be taken into account for replacing any valve in the system configuration.

9.6.4　The erection of the fuel quick-break valves and regulating valves shall meet the requirements of the manufacturer's technical documents.The inlet and outlet directions shall be correct.The operation shall be flexible，and the sealing shall be tight.

9.6.5　The installation of fuel main pipes in front of the boiler and branched pipes connected with each burner shall coordinate with the expansion direction of boiler proper.The arrangement of valves shall be easy to operation，and the positions of valves in the same purpose shall be consistent as far as possible.The blowing valve shall be close to oil pipes.
