5.2 Mixer
5.2.1 The reference line for installation of mixer shall meet the following requirements:
1 The longitudinal centerline of mixer shall be set for installation before the installation of equipment of mixer,with centre plotting plates set at charging side and discharging side.The longitudinal centerline of foundation of mixer shall be decided,and axial centerline of idler roller should also be set;
2 The transversal centerline of mixer shall be set for installation before the installation of equipment of mixer,which shall be perpendicular to the longitudinal centerline.The transversal centerline of foundation of mixer,radial centerline of idler roller and rack wheel should be set up.
5.2.2 The bench mark shall be set up before installation of mixer around the foundation.
5.2.3 Bed mortar grouting or grinding method should be adopted for base plate of mixer,which is installed on the slope using the specific wedged iron and level for alignment.The special specific wedged iron shall be put on the base plate and shall be parallel to the longitudinal centerline.A bubble level shall be used to check the horizontal and vertical levelness with tolerance of 0.1/1000.
5.2.4 When anchor bolts of idler roller foundation are installed in the preset hole,the bolt shall be perpendicular to the slope of mixer.
5.2.5 The one-piece type base shall be installed as follows:
1 Base elevation shall be adjusted,and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of±2.0mm;
2 The longitudinal gradient of base shall be adjusted,and checked by level and specific wedged iron with tolerance of 0.2/1000;
3 The transversal gradient of base shall be adjusted,and checked by level and specific wedged iron with tolerance of 0.2/1000;
4 The longitudinal centerline shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 2.0mm;
5 The transversal centerline of foundation shall be check by putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 2.0mm.
5.2.6 Spit-up type base shall be installed as follows(see Figure 5.2.6):

1 Base elevation shall be adjusted,and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of±1.0mm;
2 The longitudinal gradient of base shall be adjusted,and checked by level and specific wedged iron with tolerance of 0.1/1000;
3 The transversal gradient of base shall be adjusted,and checked by level and special specific wedged iron with tolerance of 0.1/1000;
4 The longitudinal centerline shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 0.5mm;
5 The transversal centerline shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 0.5mm;
6 The parallelism of transversal centerline|a-a′|shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 0.5mm;
7 Diagonal difference|b-b′|of two idler rollers shall be checked by steel ruler with tolerance of 1.0mm.
5.2.7 Idler roller with diameter not more than 3m shall be installed(Figure 5.2.6)as follows:
1 The height differential between center points of two corresponding idler roller on the roller top surface shall be adjusted,and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of 1.0mm;
2 The height differential between two center points on top surface of upper idler roller and lower idler roller shall be adjusted,and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of 0.5mm;
3 The gradient of idler roller shall be adjusted,and checked by specific wedged iron and level with tolerance of 0.1/1000;
4 The radial centerline of two corresponding idler rollers shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 2.0mm;
5 The gap differential,|c1-c2|and|c3-c4|,between mixer longitudinal centerline and upper and lower idler rollers at same side shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 1.0mm;
6 The gap differential,|e1-e2|and|e3-e4|,between two corresponding idler rollers shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 1.0mm.
5.2.8 Installation of idler roller with diameter of more than 3m shall meet the following requirements:
1 The height differential between center points on top surface of two corresponding idler rollers shall be adjusted,and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of 0.5mm;
2 The height differential between center points on top surface of upper and lower idler roller shall be adjusted,and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of 0.5mm;
3 The gradient of idler roller shall be adjusted,and checked by specific wedged iron and level with tolerance of 0.05/1000;
4 The radial centerline of two corresponding idler rollers shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 2.0mm;
5 The gap differential,|c1-c2|and|c3-c4|,between upper and lower idler rollers at same side and mixer longitudinal centerline shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 0.5mm;
6 The gap differential,|e1-e2|and|e3-e4|,between two corresponding idler rollers shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 0.2mm.
5.2.9 Installation for tyre-type idler roller shall be met requirements as follows:
1 The height differential between center points on top surface of two corresponding idler roller shall be adjusted,and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of 1.0mm;
2 The gradient of idler roller shall be adjusted,and checked by specific wedged iron and level with tolerance of 0.2/1000;
3 The axial centerline of two sets of idler rollers at the same side shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 1.0mm;
4 The gap differential between two idler rollers shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 1.0mm;
5 The radial centerline of two corresponding idler rollers shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up wire/thread and taking measurements with a ruler/tape with tolerance of 3.0mm.
5.2.10 Roller block of mixer at the discharge side shall be installed before that at the feeding side.The working surface of roller block at the discharge side shall be fit well to the side surface of rolling ring,and there shall be clearance between the roller block at the feeding side and end face of bearing ring,which shall meet the requirements of design document.Positioning bolts of bearing pedestal of roller block shall be tightened after adjustment of roller block.
5.2.11 The cylinder of mixer should be lifted by heavy-duty hoisting machinery,or pulled and rolled by winch and pulley block along a slope access,and put in place by a hydraulic jack.When heavy-duty lifting machinery is adopted,calculation and selection of crane shall be carried out.When winch and pulley block combination with a slope access are used,calculation and design of temporary supports for the slope access shall be carried out;supporting points shall be reliable at the top and bottom of support.
5.2.12 Installation for the cylinder shall meet the following requirements:
1 Rolling ring and centerline of idler roller shall be adjusted,and checked by steel ruler with tolerance of 3.0mm;
2 Radial jump of gear ring shall be checked with a dial guage with tolerance of 1.5mm;
3 The free movement of end face of gear ring shall be checked with dial gauge with tolerance of 1.5mm.
5.2.13 The following method should be adopted for installation if gear ring of cylinder of mixer is installed on site:
1 The half of gear ring shall be installed first before turning,and the other half will be installed after turning;
2 One dial gauge shall be set at axial and radial direction of gear ring and axial and radial direction of bearing ring respectively,with dial gauge of bearing ring prevail.Radial jump and free movement at axial end face of gear ring shall be adjusted,and checked with tolerance not more than 1.5mm;
3 The gear ring and cylinder shall contact closely after the tightening of their bolts,the contact area shall not be penetrated by a fill gauge 0.05mm;
4 The gear ring fit-up of two semi-circles shall contact closely after tightening of bolts,the contact area shall not be penetrated by a fill gauge 0.05mm.
5.2.14 Pinion shaft and its bearing shall be installed based on gear ring,with lead extrusion method or fill gauge to check the side clearance of engagement,the clearance shall meet the requirements of design document.
5.2.15 The contact area of gear engagement shall be checked by dyeing method.The gear ring is slightly braked which shall be driven by pinion,checking contact spots of gear engagement,and the contact-spot percentage shall meet the requirements of design documents.
5.2.16 Rolling ring and roll surface of idler roller shall be well contacted,with fill gauge of 0.05mm to check contact width which shall not be less than 60% total contact width of rolling ring.
5.2.17 The driving device installation shall meet the following requirements:
1 The elevation of driving device shall be adjusted and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of±1.0mm;
2 The transversal levelness of driving device shall be adjusted,and checked by level and specific wedged iron with tolerance of 0.1/1000;
3 The longitudinal gradient of driving device shall be adjusted,and checked by level and specific wedged iron with tolerance of 0.1/1000;
4 The longitudinal and transversal centerline of driving device shall be adjusted,and checked by means of put up piano wire/thread and taking measurement with tape/ruler with tolerance of 0.5mm.
5.2.18 The installation of open gear,and installation and alignment of coupling shall meet the requirement of the current national standard GB 50231 General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering.
5.2.19 Hopper shall be installed as follows:
1 The elevation of feeding hopper and discharging hopper shall be adjusted,and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of±2.0mm;
2 The longitudinal centerline of feeding hopper and discharging hopper shall be adjusted,and checked by means of putting up piano wire/thread and taking measurement with tape/ruler with tolerance of 5.0mm;
3 The distance between circular blocking plate and end face of cylinder shall be adjusted,and checked by steel ruler with tolerance of 5.0mm;
4 The gap differential between discharging hopper and circumferential surface of cylinder shall be adjusted,and checked by steel ruler with tolerance of 5.0mm when the cylinder is not more than 3m,with tolerance of 10.0mm when the cylinder is more than 3m;
5 The gap differential between discharging hopper and circumferential end face of blocking ring shall be adjusted,and checked by steel ruler with tolerance of 5.0mm when the cylinder is not over 3m,with tolerance of 10.0mm when the cylinder is over 3m.
5.2.20 The hood shall be installed as follows:
1 The relative difference of gear,rolling ring hood and cylinder circumferential gap shall be adjusted,and checked by steel ruler with tolerance of 5.0mm when the cylinder is not more than 3m,with tolerance of 10.0mm when the cylinder is more than 3m;
2 The relative difference between dust-proof ring and circumferential face of hood shall be adjusted,and checked by steel ruler with tolerance of 5.0mm when the cylinder is not more than 3m,with tolerance of 10.0mm when the cylinder is more than 3m.
5.2.21 The distance between end face of bulk hopper at feeding side of cylinder and inlet end face of cylinder shall meet the requirements of design document.
