6.4 Taper Crusher
6.4.1 The installation of the equipment shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 The maximum allowable deviation for longitudinal and horizontal centerlines shall be 2.0mm;the maximum allowable deviation for longitudinal and horizontal levelness shall be 0.1/1000;the allowable deviation for elevation shall be±2.0mm;
2 Before installation of assembly parts such as eccentric bushing,thrust bearing or thrust gasket,the contact surfaces shall be cleaned thoroughly,and they shall be assembled after applying lubricating grease on the fit surfaces evenly;
3 Before installation of support sleeve,the contact fit between the support sleeve and the upper flange fit part of base shall be checked,and the bevel contact shall be tight and smooth;the maximum allowable deviation for planeness shall be 0.3mm.There shall be a clearance of 5mm-10mm between the base and the trapezoid upper part of the contact part of support sleeve;
4 When using spring safety device,the installation compression of the spring shall be consistent and in accordance with the requirements of technical documents;when the hydraulic safety device is adopted,the system pressure shall be in accordance with the requirements of equipment technical documents;
5 Where the sliding bearing is used for transmission gear,the axial moving clearance of drive shaft should be 0.8mm-1.6mm;where the hydrostatic bearing or dynamic pressure bearing is used,the axial moving clearance of drive shaft shall be in accordance with the requirements of design documents;
6 Thrust bearing or thrust gasket shall be installed in accordance with the order specified in equipment technical documents.They shall not be installed in base bushing until eccentric bushing and base plate are installed and tightened,and it shall be ensured that the base plate is placed on the thrust bearing or thrust gasket;
7 The fit clearance a between eccentric bushing and base bushing and the upper and lower fit clearance b,c between cone bushing and main shaft of crushing head(Figure 6.4.1-1)shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 6.4.1.The fit clearance for nylon bushing shall be in accordance with the requirements specified in the equipment technical documents;

8 When the taper crusher fits with the bowl bearing(Figure 6.4.1-2),the contact width a between the crushing head spherical surface and the outer circle of the bowl bearing shall be 0.3R-0.5R,and there shall be a wedge clearance along the inner circle.The quantity of contact points on each contact surface within an area of 25mm×25mm shall not be less than 1.

9 When installing fixed cone,ore discharging clearance shall meet the equipment technical requirements;
10 Adjust the driving cylinder and locking cylinder of elevating adjustment device of fixed cone.The radial clearance between plunger and guide sleeve shall be in accordance with the requirements of equipment technical documents.
6.4.2 Test run shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 No-load test run shall meet the requirements of Article 3.0.11 in this code;
2 The test run shall be made prior to the installation of parts on the adjusting ring;
3 Each rotating part shall be operating smoothly without abnormality and lining plates shall not be loosened;
4 The revolution speed of crushing head shall be in accordance with the requirements of equipment technical requirements.
