3 Basic Requirement
3.0.1 The construction unit responsible for palletizing mechanical equipment installation shall have corresponding qualifications.The construction site shall have corresponding technology standard,a sound quality management system,quality control and inspection system.In addition,technical documents such as construction organization plan,construction scheme,job design approved by project technical leader.
3.0.2 Design changes shall be with the design change notice or technology certification from the design unit.
3.0.3 The measured and corrected measuring instruments shall be used in quality acceptance of palletizing mechanical equipment installation engineering.
3.0.4 The welders in palletizing mechanical equipment installation engineering shall get corresponding certifications,and only weld in the projects approved by the certifications.
3.0.5 The palletizing mechanical equipment installation engineering shall be in established procedure.Relevant professions shall test each other and keep a record.The quality of each major professional process should be controlled in construction technology standard.Each process shall be checked and recorded after finished.Each process shall not be conducted before the last one being finished.
3.0.6 The concealed works in palletizing mechanical equipment installation engineering such as secondgrouting shall be accepted with acceptance documents by relevant unit,which is informed by construction units.
3.0.7 The palletizing mechanical equipment installation engineering shall be conducted in the order of division works,subdivision works and unit works.The division works and subdivision works shall be complied with Table 3.0.7.The unit works shall be divided into mixing and palletizing mechanical equipment installation engineering,shaft furnace equipment installation engineering,traveling grate equipment installation engineering,grate-kiln equipment installation engineering and so on according to mechanical system.

3.0.8 The certificated subdivision works in quality acceptance shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 Inspection of major items must meet the quality requirements of this code.
2 Mechanical equipment shall meet the requirements of this code in the inspections of general items.Steel structure with processing shall have at least 80% inspection points meet the requirements of this code,and its maximum value shall not exceed 1.2 times of allowed deviation.
3 Quality acceptance records and quality certification documents shall be complete.
3.0.9 The certificated division works in quality acceptance shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 All subdivision works of the division works shall be certificated in quality acceptance.
2 Quality control records shall be complete.
3 Single equipment test run under no load shall be certificated.
3.0.10 The certificated unit works in quality acceptance shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 All division works of the unit works shall be certificated in quality acceptance.
2 Quality control records shall be complete.
3 Equipment test run with linkage under no load shall be certificated.
4 Impression quality shall be certificated in quality acceptance.
3.0.11 Impression quality of unit works shall be certificated and be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 Connecting bolt:Bolts,nuts and washer shall be fully provided as designed.Bolts shall be exposed or parallel to the edge of nuts.The exposed screw threads of bolts shall have no damage,and the penetrating direction of bolts shall be uniform except for structural consideration.
2 Sealing condition:No oil,water or gas leakage.
3 Pipe installations:Layout shall be reasonable,neat and beautiful.
4 Installation of sound-insulated and heat-insulated materials:shall be of uniform layer thickness and well-binding with relatively flat surface.
5 Painting:The painting layer shall be uniform with no omission,peeling,distinctive wrinkles or bubbles.The color shall be mainly homogenous.
6 Walkway,ladder and railing:shall be well-fixed with no distinctive apparent defect.
7 Welding line:The ripples shall be relatively uniform.The slag and splash shall be basically cleaned.
8 Cutting edge:No slag in the cutting edge.
9 Protection of finished products:No damage to equipment and the exposed manufacturing surface shall be well protected.
10 Civilized constructions:The construction site shall be managed in order.No construction debris around equipment.
Selective examination of each requirement above shall be conducted in no less than 10 places.
3.0.12 Quality acceptance records of palletizing mechanical equipment installation engineering shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1 Quality acceptance records of subdivision works shall meet the requirements in Appendix A of this code.
2 Quality acceptance records of division works shall meet the requirements in Appendix B of this code.
3 Quality acceptance records of unit works shall meet the requirements in Appendix C of this code.
4 No-load commissioning record of palletizing mechanical equipment shall meet the requirements in Appendix D of this code.
3.0.13 Treatment or rework must be carried in time followed by renewed quality acceptance if the engineering quality fails to meet the requirements.
3.0.14 Project whose quality failed to meet the requirements before and still fails to meet the safety requirements after treatment or rework must not be accepted.
3.0.15 Quality acceptance of palletizing mechanical equipment installation engineering shall be organized in procedures listed below:
1 Supervising engineer(or project technical leader of project unit)shall organize technical leader of construction unit(or section chief),quality inspector and so on to carry quality acceptance of subdivision works.
2 Chief supervising engineer(or project leader of project unit)shall organize project leader of construction unit,technical director,quality director and so on to carry quality acceptance of division works.
3 Construction unit shall self-organize related personnel to inspect and assess engineering after finish of unit works,and submit quality acceptance report to project unit.
4 Leader of project unit(or project)shall organize unit(or project)directors of construction(including sub-contracting unit),design,supervision and so on to carry quality acceptance of unit works.
5 General contracting unit shall be fully responsible for engineering quality where unit works contains sub-contracting unit constructions.Sub-contracting unit shall inspect and assess contracted engineering in the established procedure of this code with personnel from general contracting unit.Subcontracting unit shall submit related documents to general contracting unit after finish of contracted missions.
