3　Basic Requirements

3.0.1　The erector and supervisor engaged in petrochemical metallic piping engineering shall be qualified，and undertake work within the scope of their qualification certificates.

3.0.2　The welders engaged in petrochemical metallic piping construction shall be qualified and undertake work within the scope of their qualification certificates，and NDE personnel shall be also qualified.

3.0.3　Construction of petrochemical metallic piping shall comply with design documents.When design is to be modified or materials are proposed for substitution，it shall be approved by the original designer.

3.0.4　Construction quality of coating and anti-corrosion treatment for metallic piping shall comply with the current professional standard SH 3022 Technical Specification for Coating and Anti-corrosion Treatment of Equipment and Piping in Petrochemical Industry.

3.0.5　Construction quality of insulation for metallic piping shall comply with the current state standard SH 3010 Technical Specifications for Insulation of Equipment and Piping in Petrochemical Industry.
