About the Authors

Professor Sergey A. Balashenko is dean of the Law Faculty of Belarusian State University. He is an expert on international environmental projects and member of the Belarusian Advocates Qualification Commission. Professor Balashenko also chairs the Science and Methodology Council for Humanitarian Disciplines in Belarusian Universities as well as the International Court of Arbitration's“Chamber of Arbitrators at the Union of Lawyers”.

Kseniya Laputko is an associate professor of public international law at the Department of Public Administration at Law faculty of Belarusian State University and also a coach for Jessup team. She is also a legal consultant in a private company.
