当作表语的形容词、副词、介词短语等位于句首时，常常引起倒装。如：
Sweet is pleasure after pain．痛苦后的欢乐是甜蜜的。
Below is a famous hotel．下面是一家著名的旅馆。
Poor is the man whose pleasures depend on the permission of another.自己的快乐有赖于他人许可的人是可怜的。
A fifteen-year-old boy came into the house and found his mom in bed. He asked if she were sick or something. He was truly concerned.
Mom said that she didn't feel too well.
