上海虹桥商务区 / Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District
上海虹桥商务区位于上海中心城区西侧，紧邻江浙两省，地处长三角地区交通网络中心，是长三角城市群的核心。它东起外环高速公路S20，西至沈海高速公路G15，北起京沪高速公路G2，南至沪渝高速公路G50，总占地面积86.6平方千米，涉及闵行、长宁、青浦、嘉定四个区。目前重点开发的核心区面积4.7平方千米，包括1平方千米的国家会展中心（上海）项目。
建设虹桥商务区是上海市委市政府立足全局、着眼长远的重大战略决策，其目的是依托虹桥综合交通枢纽、国家大型会展项目等重大功能性项目，带动上海经济发展方式转型、促进城市空间布局调整、助推上海国际贸易中心建设，更好地服务于国家长三角一体化发展战略。

Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District (CBD) is in the west of central Shanghai, bordering on Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province. Located at the center of the transportation hub in the Yangtze River Delta, it serves as the core of the City Cluster of the Yangtze River Delta Area. It connects S20 through Outer Ring Highway (S20) on the east, Shengyang-Haikou Highway (G15) on the west, Beijing-Shanghai Highway (G2) on the north and Shanghai-Chongqing Highway (G50) on the south. It covers a total area of 86.6 square kilometers and involves 4 districts: Minhang, Changning, Qingpu and Jiading. The current core development area takes up 4.7 square kilometers, including the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) project with an area of 1 square kilometer.
Based on the overall situation and long-term vision, the development of Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District is a major strategic decision of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal People’s Government. Supported by the major projects like Hongqiao Transportation Hub and National Exhibition and Convention Center, it aims at the transformation of Shanghai’s economy, the adjustment of urban space layout and the development of Shanghai International Trade Center. It also serves as a booster for the national strategy of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
