This glossary was developed jointly by a China working group headed by Mr. Lin Zhiqun in Beijing and a U.S. working group headed by Mr. John M. Geraghty in Washington. The members of the Chinese working group were Ms. Zhang Long, Mr. Sun Huasheng, and Ms. Sun Hanfu. Mr. Chen Zhanxiang, Mr. Sun Zengfan, and Mr. Le Baiyong were advisors to the group.
