Abstract
Establishing and improving the cultural market system is a major reform tasks, proposed in the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which indicating that China has entered a new stage from creating market players, to building a comprehensive modern cultural market system. In this book, the auther combed the historical stage development of China's cultural market, first talked about the history and characteristics of the current stage of China's cultural market development, then, discussed the theoretical framework of the cultural market system, at last, analysed the existence problems and possible solution for further discussion. This book focuses on the trading objects(products and services), trading subject(producers and consumers), trading intermediaries(various specialized agencies), as well as four fundamental aspects of the trading environment, explores the difference and special attributes between cultural market and the general market, hoping as a basis to establish an analytical cultural market framework, and use this analytical framework to answer a series of questions about the current China's construction of cultural market, and to formulate the strategic path of deepening reform. This book hopes to show that the new thesis of“making the market play a decisive role in allocating resources”, in Decision of the CCCPC on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform that approved on Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, as well as the fundamental requirement“establish and improve a cultural market system”in the cultural section. While maintaining the internal consistency in the logic of reform, also reflecting the progressive and conservative characteristics on the stage of reform and development.
