New Think Tanks and University Think Tank
Abstract: The world's modern think tank gradually rise and continue to develop, and a representative think tank of big countries need to seriously sum up. The Comprehensive Reform of a Number of Major Issues in the Decision adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, put forward and stressed that the new think tank building, which has great practical significance and far－reaching historical significance. The university think tank has a unique advantage and function comparing to the government think tank. To tap into the university think tank, we should solve five important problems: one is to clarify the functions and objectives; the second is to choose disciplines and direction; the third is to standardize tasks and methods; the fourth is to provide communication channels and the last is to develop scientific assessment standards.
