The Governance Function Transformation of Military Politics in China

Abstract: The paper points out that the depth of governance function is decided by the primacy and continuity of military politics and the value of governance lies in the prevention of corruption and promotion of military reform. The paper emphasizes that the above aim can be achieved by proper selection of officers.
