Abstract: Grass-roots mass self-organization plays an irreplaceable role in the management of our country at the grassroots level, however, because of their legal status is not clear, its staff occupational injuries remedy problems in both theory and practice, there are many controversial. In order to give full play to the role of grassroots self-organization, it is necessary to use the existing system of labor relations theory to perfect, the grass-roots mass self-government organization staff occupational injuries into the work injury insurance system.
