1.五花肉切块,形状随意。将肉和鹌鹑蛋丢到锅里。按下煮饭键,水开后煮2分钟。(如果放鸡蛋,先捞出五花肉,蛋要再煮5分钟。)

3.竹笋洗净切块,把牛肉块、竹笋块和A组食材放进容器里,加入B组稍微搅拌均匀。

4.用保鲜膜盖紧容器(我会用那种不锈钢大圆筒形状的盆子),放进电饭煲隔水炖。注意水不要没过碗,离碗口至少要有5厘米的距离。盖上盖子,按下煮饭键,直至煮饭键弹起即可。

提示:牛腩多泡多换水,也可以用热水焯一下。如果有电炖锅,可以直接炖。根据不同用量,炖的时间要40分钟到1小时。自己注意调整时间,要是觉得时间太短,可以加水再炖。不喜欢那么多酒的可以少加酒,多加水。笋也可以用萝卜代替,一切看自己的喜好和需求随机应变。

2.在鸡的里里外外认真抹上酱料,腌2个小时(越久越好)。

3.把剩下的葱全放入鸡肚子,在电饭煲内壁涂上薄薄一层油,用姜片垫底,放入鸡,淋上剩下的酱汁(鸡的里外都要),按下煮饭键。

4.煮饭键跳起后,再焖10分钟。然后先用锅里的汤料把整鸡刷一次,再在鸡的表面刷一层蜂蜜。再次按下煮饭键,跳闸后再焖5分钟就好了。
