刘正谦

号小山，回族，1929年出生，山东省青州市人，宁夏书法家协会名誉主席，国家一级美术师，享受国务院特殊津贴。历任宁夏第六、七届人大常委会委员，第八届宁夏政协常委，宁夏文史馆副馆长，中国书法家协会一、二、三届理事，中国书协第二、三届评审委员会委员。

刘正谦先生幼承家学，善行草书，书作参展许多国内重大展览和国际间艺术交流，作品为国家许多权威机构收藏，著有《刘正谦行书集》。

Liu Zhengqian

Another name is Xiao Shan, Hui nationality, the member of Chinese Communist Party. Born in 1929, Qingzhou city, Shanndong province. The honorary president of Ningxia Calligrapher's Association, national first-grade artist, enjoying the special allowance of the state council. He once was the member of the Sixth and Seventh Standing Committee of the Ningxia People's Congress (NPC), the member of the Eighth Standing Committee of the CPPCC, the vice director of Ningxia Literature &History Hall, the council member of the first, second and third Ningxia Calligrapher's Association, the member of the Second and Third Board of Examiners.

Mr. Liu Zhengqian studied calligraphy since childhood, he was good at cursive script and his works had been exhibited in many exhibitions both domestic and abroad. Some had been collected by fa-mous authorities. He had written "Collection of Liu Zhengqian Running Script".
