第4章 Abstract

How will the Physical Education（PE）develop？And where will PE go to？All this is an issue of great importance concerning about the fate of PE.The research,from the dimension of cultural philosophy,has closely exam-ined and criticized the shortcomings and drawbacks of PE,carefully ques-tioned PE trying to find out why it went away from its own origin,seriously studied nature of the relationship between PE and human,and profoundly dis-cussed the theoretical system construction of the Harmony PE by using the documentary research methods and the critical research methods.The main points of the research are as follows：

Firstly,the extreme pursuit of the modern science and technology have already brought a series of problems to PE,such as the lack of dominant posi-tion of PE,the damage of human health,the destruction of fair competition,and the spread of doping.All this has resulted from the separation between the technical reason and the humanistic spirits,so PE of today should go out of the dilemma caused by the extreme pursuit of the modern science and tech-nology as soon as possible by promoting the green human spirits.On the other hand,the morality declines of PE,such as the notion of gold-medal su-premacy,the lack of the quality of humanities and the expansion of the main desires of human,are a certain spiritual crises,so we should take some meas-ures to solve the problems,for example,the sportsmanship should be re-shaped,the evaluation methods of PE should be integrated,and the human spirits should be paid more attention to.In addition,there have to some ex-tent existed the system Utopia,the system alienation and the system paradox in PE owing to the lack of the relevant PE systems,which should also be paidattention to.

Secondly,Man should truly understand and develop ourselves through all kinds of physical activities according to the opinion of Mr.Glenn,a biological anthropologist,that man is an“incomplete”and“undetermined”living crea-ture.According to the view of Mr.Landman,a cultural anthropologist,that human being is an existence of culture,we can know that PE is not only a satisfaction of mans biological nature,but also a cultural creative process of human.Harmony PE embodies the two-scale ideas of Marx：PE is an exist-ence way of human life,and PE philosophy is a cultural philosophical inter-pretation to the life phenomena.That is to say,Harmony PE,which is essen-tially a“people-oriented”，coordinated and sustainable development PE i-dea,embodies the unity between the inorganic body of human and his organic body,the combination between necessity and initiative,and the coordination between material scale and human scale.

Thirdly,PE is not only an activity which can show the human strength as well as their mental charm,but also a process in which human can enhance their physical quality,form the healthy life-way,and adjust their mental state.To make human even healthier and fitter（to realize the ecology of hu-man）is the starting point for humans PE and the core concept to construct the theoretical system of Harmony PE.Therefore,to realize the ecology of hu-man becomes the logical starting point to construct the theoretical system of Harmony PE.Because Harmony PE is not just the liberation of humanity as well as the education of human nature,we should regard the people-oriented PE and its harmonious development as the theoretical core of Harmony PE.

Fourthly,Harmony PE,from the material dimension,is not only a green ecological physical education,but also a green physical activity.In addition,Harmony PE is a thinking way as well as a social activity.Harmony PE,from the value dimension,is a value appeal in which it can realize the coordinated and sustainable development among human,nature,society and PE.From the system dimension,Harmony PE is a pursuit of freedom and innovation，Ⅱ,therefore,to rely on,respect and enhance human becomes the fundamental premise,requirement and approach of realizing the humanization of the PE system.

Lastly,Harmony PE,as a“people-oriented”education,does have great value in the all-round development of human.In addition,Harmony PE also has unique and profound values in publicizing and improving the per-sonality and freedom of human,building the core value system of socialism,and improving the quality of the whole nation.
